Position: Offshore Drilling Supervisor
Location: West and East Malaysia
Commence: Year 2023
Criteria:
- Active, visible and committed in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) by applying a high priority to safety performance in the planning and evaluation of all drilling and completion operations.
- Actively participated in HAZID/HAZOP/JSA and other EHS program.
- To ensure the compliance to Company’s HPHT Manual.
- To conduct HPHT familiarization, onboarding and training/coaching.
- To be involved with Company’s on daily and/or section “work instruction” write-up and discussion for HPHT section.
- To provide advisory upon decision made by Company’s Lead Drilling Supervisor and/or D&C Superintendent (or it’s designated).
- To capture all lessons learnt (incl. AAR) into Company’s data base and actively participate in Lessons Learnt/QAQC operation.
