Position: Wells Real Time Center Team Leader
Location: West and East Malaysia
Commence: Year 2022
Criteria:
- Implement the targets and prioritization directives from the management committee. Responsible for personnel in the team.
- Primary contact for Real Time Center.
- Responsible for security
- Responsible for Real Time Center.
- Define, document, and monitor procedures following both COMPANY and contractor directives.
- Capable of establishing project objectives, priorities, and milestones. Ensures proper project documentation is in place. Capable of applying and adjusting relevant standards. Capable of demonstrating the worth of these approached to customers.
- Manage Real Time Drilling service level agreements and requirements for different project teams. Accountable for the quality of customer service.
- Liaison with other stakeholders with exploration & development teams (e.g., G&G and Drilling Team) for day-to-day operational matters.
- If required, coordinate Real Time Center System Upgrade (Hardware and Software) or Maintenance with IT Specialist and COMPANY facility management.
- Working hours: Cover 8 hours/day on weekdays, with on-call 24/7.
