Criteria:-

• Must have min Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Math/Statistics, Engineering or Science discipline
• Min 4years experience in software application development in upstream Oil and Gas industry
• Experience in developing cohesive overall design strategy & assess design solutions against user requirements
• Skilled in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g. Python, R, or others), Excel, Power BI and basic web programming (CSS & HTML)
• Skill in data manipulation/processing, clean, transform, manipulate, merge and engineer data from different sources, handle all type of data (e.g. streaming, structured, unstructured data)
• Familiarity with database and application programming interface, including WITS/WITSML data structures & protocol
• Good understanding of software engineering best practices including technical design, version control *using Git), testing and documentation
• Knowledge and understanding of modern development methodologies; Agile using Scrum and/or Kanban

Schedule: 7days a week/12-hour shift (on roster basis)

• Min 12years of O&G Industry experience
• Min 6years of practical well operation experience in real time monitoring or mud logging or data engineering
• Attended Extended Reach Drilling (ERD), Stuck Pipe Prevention, Well Control and other Well Operation and Intervention courses
• Competent to interpret Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) analysis, torque and drag, hydraulics, kick tolerance, vibration, Equivalent Circulating Density (ECD), swab surge and relevant well operation analysis
• Experience in supporting drilling operations and provide intervention for early warning on any anticipated down hole problems
• Extensive knowledge of drilling optimization, FEWD response plot, evaluate FEWD and mud logging data
• Good knowledge of well control techniques, e.g. warnings sign, kick detection, hole cleaning and etc
• Knowledge in Surface Date Logging (SDL), Logging While Drilling (LWD), Pore pressure determination, log interpretation, sensor theory, and proficiency in all software applications used in the field
• Able of identifying workflow enhancement opportunities, data visualization solutions and develop simple tools for these purposes in Excel, MS Power Platform or Python
• Have excellent command of English language in both speaking and writing

• Min 8years of practical well delivery optimization experience and in using Engineer's Data Model (COMPASS, WELLPLAN, OpenWells) suites or equivalent that provide comprehensive set of engineering tools for pre & post-well analysis, well planning, modelling and well operations optimization
• Attended Extended reach Drilling (ERD), Stuck Pipe Prevention, Well Control and other Well operations and Intervention courses
• An expert in RTO technilogies, and client business and operational processes within a system
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of system specific technical computing environments inlcuding database, network, operating systems, data management, archiectures and hardware
• Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all call management support and service level guidelines, so as to provide recommendations on improvement,. Provides coaching to customer/contractor staff analysts on improvement
• Provides coaching to customer/contractor staff analysts on processes
• Able to contribute to Best Practices in project delivery and set project objectives and priorities, as well as set milestones
• Has developed project management skills and is capable of leading project teams of up to 20 people
• Able to contribute to performance by challenging rigs on different approached to operations to improve performance
• Able to identify workflow enhancement opportunities, data visualization solutions and develop tools for these purposes in MS Power Platform or Phyton and work woth data science on more complex machine learning or AI solutions
