Position: Project Claims Specialist
Location: Sarawak Waters
Commence: Q1 2022
Duration: 1 year with extension option
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law or equivalent
- Extensive experience in managing claims in EPC environment within the O&G, Chemicals sectors. Preferably to have experience in both greenfield and brownfield work and exposure to gas plant construction
- Strong knowledge in contract law, delay and quantum analysis and claims prevention
- Proven ability on successful development and negotiation of complex contractual claim of large scale projects with international contractors
- Strong computer skills including effective development and operation of analytical spreadsheets. Familiarity with Primevara tools is a plus.
