Position: Construction Superintendent (Malaysian Nationals)
Location: Malaysia
Commence: October 2021
Duration: 1 year with extension option
- Must have at least Bachelor Degree or extensive experience with industry recognized qualifications
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- More than 15 years working as Supervisory capacity for onshore construction (Construction of Offshore Oil & Gas Platforms) & offshore (Hook-Up & Commissioning of Offshore Platforms) for Oil & Gas industry. Have experience in at least succesfully completing 2 offshore platform fabrications and loadout campaigns in a supervisory role and with 1 platform brownfield campaign in a supervisory role.
- Must have knowledge of the fabrication and assembly, loadout and Offshore Hook-Up activities. Decisions must be made on technical and commercial issues and considering both long-term and short-term objectives.
- Assist in Planning and scheduling in a fabrication and project environment
- Provide direction to Company Quality Specialists / Engineers to improve fabrication process.
- Identify best practices that can be utilized in the yard and can be adopted by COMPANY to improve COMPANY's fabrication program performance and quality.
- Ability to plan, manage, and supervise multidiscipline fabrication activities for ofshore facilities.
