- Personnel to possess as minimum Penialaian Menengah Rendah (PMR), or Sijil Rendah Pelajaran Malaysia (SRP), or Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM), or Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM). Higher education certificates are encouraged.
- Proficiency in writing, speaking, and reading Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced in operating offshore pedestal crane minimum for three (3) years
