Position: Client Site Representative
Location: Onshore & Offshore Vietnam

Duration: Estimated 20-25days
Criteria:-
- 10years working in the offshore or subsea industries ROV
- 5years working as Client Site Representative for subsea inspection / subsea work
- Performed CSR role on 03 ROV inspection projects in the offshore oil and gas industry
- Applicable, in-date offshore medical and BOSIET certification
- Diploma in a Technical or Engineering discipline
- CSWIP 3.4U or alternative Underwater Inspection Management Certificate
- Project Management Training certificate or documented experience of project management roles
- Approved/recognised course of familiarisation in DP Systems and DP Support Vessel operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of ROV operations from fixed platforms, moored barges & DP Dive Support Vessels
- Comprehensive knowledge of current subsea inspection, maintenance & repair methodologies, techniques & equipment
- Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health & environmental hazards related to subsea operations
- Ability to audit & monitor the performance & maintenance of ROV systems applicable to CSR role
- Experience in use & administration of offshore platform PTW systems
- Ability to speak, articulate & write in clear, concise English
- Ability to communicate confidently with Client & Contractor Managers & Engineers, Vessel Masters, OIMs & all ROV/Survey/Inspection team members
- Understanding of the Hazard Analysis process & practical experience of conducting Risk Assessments & HAZIDS
- Ability to generate Project Close-out Reports, incorporating appraisals, recommendations & operational statistics
- Competency in use of office computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Project
- Ability to act with integrity & openness, & to demonstrate ethical awareness
