Position: Senior Drilling & Optimization Specialist

Duration: Yearly Basis
- Must have minimum Bachelor Degree in the Engineering, Geology, Petroleum or Science discipline;
- Minimum Fifteen (15) years of Oil and Gas Industry experience and have extensive knowledge in drilling operations, Formation Evaluation while Drilling (FEWD) response, wellbore stability and performance;
- Minimum Seven (7) years of experience in using Engineer's data Model (COMPASS, WELLPLAN, OpenWells) suites or equivalent that provide comprehensive set of engineering tools for analysis, well planning, modelling, and well operations optimization;
- 5 days a week (on 24-hours x 7 days call)
- An expert in RTO technologies, and client business and operationa; processes within a System;
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of system specific technical computing environments including database, network, operating systems, data management, architectures are hardware;
- Demonstrates a comprehensive knowlege and understanding of all call management support and service level guidelines, so as to provide rec ommendations on improvement. Provides coaching to Customer/ contractor staff analysis on processes;
- Able to contribute to Best Practices in project delivery and set project objectives and priorities, as well as set milestones;
- Has developed project management skills and is capable of leading project teams of up to 20 people;
- Able to contribute to performance by challenging rigs on different approaches to operations to improve performance; and
- Have excellent command of English Language in both speaking and writing
