Position: Deputy Engineering Manage
Location: Vietnam, Malaysia
Commence: Dec 2020
Duration: 1 year with extension option
Criteria:
- Must have Bachelor Degree/ Masters of Science in Engineering. Chartered as a member of a recognized international professional body is desirable but not essential
- A minimum of 15 years of experience inoil and gas including upstream project design and technical support. Experience of offshore project engineering design including fixed platforms, pipelines(and FSO/FPU preferred). Minimum 3 projects experience as Engineering Lead/Manager.
- Intimate familiarity with the offshore engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) industry and specific EPCIC contractors in SEA.
- Deep knowledge of design safety for offshore facilities including safety reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, QRA, dispersion and radiation studies.
- Knowledge of Process Systems, utilities, WHP and Processing Platform design.
- Understanding of WHP platform design requirements.
- Knowledge of international codes and standards and the application to the development and operation of oil and gas facilities.
- Experience in the supporting for construction, installation, testing and commissioning of oil and gas facilities.
- Working knowledge of construction and installation processes and procedure.
- Experience in the SEA Asia, particularly Vietnam preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to openly communicate with team members.
- Good understanding of written and spoken English.
- Proficient computer skills with modern day PC application packages.
