Criteria:
Qualifications & Licenses

BSc. / MSc. / MEng. or equivalent in an engineering
Preferably a Registered Professional, Chartered Engineer or member of Professional Engineering Society

Key Experience Requirements

Minimum 15 years of work experience of which at least 10 years must be in the areas of scheduling and planning
At least 10 years of experiences in the upstream Offshore Oil & Gas industry
Previously worked on integrated projects with CAPEX in excess of $300MM.
Preference for previous experience working for an Oil and Gas Operator in a client oversight team during EPCIC stages of an offshore project
Preference for previous experience working on projects which include brownfield scope of work

Critical Technical Skills and Capabilities

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in work breakdown structures of offshore EPCIC project and overall schedules including interactions of activities
Must have good hand-on experiences with planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera 6, Microsoft Project, etc.
Must possess a good understanding of the overall schedule of the offshore fixed platform from detailed engineering to ready for start up
Must possess a good understanding of the basic discipline work processes of a EPCIC project
Must be able to work independently and be able to chair internal and external meetings

Ability to multi-task, forward plan, independently manage time and perform at a high level without the need for continuous supervision
Proactive, self-motivated, with an ability to prioritize work and make decisions to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
