Qualifications & Licenses
- BSc. / MSc. / MEng. or equivalent Engineering Degree
- Preferably a Registered Professional, Chartered Engineer or member of Professional Engineering Society
Key Experience Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of work experience of which at least 15 years must be in the upstream Offshore Oil & Gas industry
- Previously worked on integrated projects with CAPEX in excess of $300MM.
- Preference for previous experience working for an Oil and Gas Operator in a client oversight team during EPCIC stages of an offshore project
- Field experience in the manufacturing, construction, performance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of packaged equipment is strongly desired
- Preference for previous experience working on projects which include brownfield scope of work
Critical Technical Skills and Capabilities
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Health, Safety and Environment management system, Environmental discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation by using Tripod Beta Tool, HSE auditing Techniques, HEMP, Radiological Safety, Industrial hygiene and Gas Dispersion, Modeling Explosion indices and ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Shall possess good knowledge and awareness of offshore and onshore HSE requirements and work practice and be familiar with industry standard for HSE matters
- Must have knowledge and experience of HSE activities for offshore EPCIC project
- Must be well versed with relevant international codes and standards

- Ability to oversee work and provide mentoring to inexperienced engineers
