Criteria:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience as a Drilling Supervisor or equivalent handling both Onshore and Offshore Drilling and Completion Operations, Well Delivery Process, DtL, QA/QC, Hydraulic Workover, Deepwater Exploration Drilling Preparations, High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) Well Engineering Design and Planning, Expandable Tubular Project Management, Pressure Drillings, and HSSE Risk Analysis (HAZID, HAZOD, JHA and others)
- An IWCF approved Instructor and Assessor
- Has proven experience in providing Wells training courses in drilling for e.g. IWCF RD and IWCF WI Well Control, all levels, IADC WellSharp Drilling, Workover and WI Supplements, all levels, HPHT Well Planning & Well Control, Advanced Well Control with Human Factor, Stuck Pipe Prevention Courses [on- or offshore], Introduction to Well Engineering, Basic and Advanced Well Engineering, Volumetric Stripping, Shell Round I or II
- Proficient to operate and troubleshoot DS5000 and DS50 drilling simulator and their program for training purpose
- Has great interest in training and people development
