Criteria:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience as a Well Completion & Intervention Supervisor or equivalent
- An IWCF approved Instructor and Assessor
- Has proven experience in providing Wells training courses in completion and intervention for e.g. IWCF Completion Well Intervention all levels, Slickline tool workshop and Simulator Courses, and Wells for other discipline
- Proficient to operate and troubleshoot CWI Simulator and Wireline Simulator and their program for training purposes
- Has great interest in training and people development
