Criteria:
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in this required specific role.
- A minimum of five (5) offshore brownfield rejuvenation / replacement / upgrade project or greenfield offshore project.
- Experience of Malaysian Fabrication Yards.
- Familiar with international offshroe design (ASME/ANSI/API) codes/standards and PETRONAS Technical Standards.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills. Full command of oral and written English.
- Set up onshore fabrication team with proper manpower line up, management system & procedure implementation.
- Emphasized on all personnel to comply with EQ HSE requirement & regulations.
- Ensured all running operation in yard comply with DOSH guidelines & regulations
- Take lead in monitoring & supervising day to day safety implementation at work site, daily safety alert, conducting weekly safety walkabout and participate in monthly safety meeting.
- Participate in audit program and managing close out findings.
- Managing to comply with work program in the yard, participate in work program, training & events.
- Establish reporting to EQ Construction Superintendent, communication with engineering department, offshore project team & etc.
- Supervise & managing to set up onshore fabrication team with proper manpower line up, management system, HSE, QAQC & procedureimplementations.
- Review and comply with Onshore Fabrication Work Contract, Scopes, Procedure, policy to align with EQ management requirements.
- Responsible in managing & supervise day to day onshore fabrication activities, sull fill offshore / office work request, SD readiness and etc.
- Managing site project team to ensure and in-line with project requirement, planning, schedule, site organization, material control, quality, progress, logistic & shipment.
- Justify on manpower and equipment loading to ensure and achieve with schedule, planning & work request/progress.
- Monitoring / supervise daily site activity, progress and resolve site issues.
- Raise purchase Requisition (PR) of material for construction activities.
- Coordinate with Offshore Project Team for ad-hoc work request, site verification, dimension confirmation prior onshore to fab.
- Highlight any shortfall on materials to office for way forward prior to raising purchase requisition in Maximo.
- Review wngineering drawings, plan and coordinate with offshore in recommendation, propose theidea for offshore installation planning.
- Manage & responsible in monthly project cost spending (to ensure balance with project work load and versus agreed cost value with management team).
- Review and managing material inventory , project MTO, balance project materials.
- Monitor procurement process until materials received, inspection at site & material issuing.
- Review and managing Daily Progress Report to ensure the itemsdelivered timely, as per plan, schedule & request.
- managing project material/surplus for storage, utilization & inventory system.
- Coordinate, communicate & follow up with EQ Warehouse, Suppliers & Vendor for day to day material issues, delivery, inspection, verification, logistic work handling & shipment program.
