Criteria:-
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline with min 8 years of working experience
- Experience in production, Operations Maintenance or engineering role, preferably in the O&G industry
- Proficiency in Operations excellence Philosophy, Process & Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma preferred)
- Track Record of performance management and performance improvement with tangible value delivery
- Very strong influencing and stakeholder management and presentation skills
