Duration: 1year with extension option
Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or extensive experience with industry recognized qualifications
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- More than 15 years working as Supervisory capacity for onshore construction & offshore brownfield for Oil & Gas industry.Have experience in at least successfully completing 2 offshore platform fabrications and loadout campaigns in a supervisory role and with 1 offshore central processing platform brownfield campaign.
- Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Must be able to travel to the jobsite(s) as assigned.
- Preferably Malaysian National.
- In-depth knowledge of the fabrication and assembly, loadout and brownfield activities. Decisions must be made on technical and commercial issues and considering both long-term and short-term objectives
- Assist in Planning and scheduling in a fabrication and project environment.
- Provide direction to Client Quality Specialists / Engineers to improve fabrication process.
- Ability to plan, manage and supervise multi-discipline fabrication activities for offshore facilities.
- Participated in construct ability optimization studies.
- Experienced and participated in Construction Risk Assessments.
- Experienced in interfaces with HUC Team to optimize and minimize work offshore and has direct experience in offshore Brownfield and Hook-Up work planning and optimization works.
- Fabrication yard progress reporting.
- Performed Task Risk Assessment /JSA.
- Assessment of Yard Lifting plans.
- Experienced in Transportation and Installation methodology for offshore facilities.
- Provide construct ability optimization studies.
- Interfaces with HUC Team to optimize and minimize work offshore.
