- Work-Overs Platform readiness
- Facilities Improvement Projects
- Pipeline Activities
- Well Integrity Activities
- To ensure safe and cost effective implementation of all projects, to meet operational requirement
- To plan and supervise project execution work to ensure smooth workflow, identify potential problems areas and take appropriate corrective measures, to avoid any standby cost
- To manage and supervise the safety and welfare of the construction crew and the safety of activities
