Criteria:
- Higher diploma with 25years of experience in the same area
- Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems
- 20years experience of which 12years in HSE services in upstream offshore O&G production and processing plants
- Working knowledge in HSE Management systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation by using Tripod Beta Tool, HSE Auditing Techniques, HEMP, Radiological Safety
- Industrial Hygiene and Gas Dispersion, Modelling, Explosion Indices and ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to work at offshore sites
- Shall be well verse with onshore and offshore HSE requirements and work practices
- Has good supervisory skills and possess good written and verbal communication skills
- familiar with the internationally accepted upstream offshore O&G industry codes and standards
