Duration: 1 year with extension option
Criteria:
- Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- Min 10years experience in appropriate Drilling Engineering roles, including exposure to operations offshore Malaysia
- Have a demonstrable proficiency in English both in written and verbal forms
- Computer literate with knowledge of project control systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- An experienced Engineer with good communication skills and management capability
- A motivated self-starter, proactive, flexible and able to respond positively to challenge and ad-hoc requests
- Ability to contribute to the team, but can equally work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Strives for contribution improvement; brings solutions and constantly seeks new and better ways to work
- Excellent motivational, personnel management and performance management skills in the widest sense
