Location: Onshore Malaysia
Commence: Q3 2019
Duration: 1 year with extension option
Criteria:
- Master/Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- Min 10years experience in appropriate Completion Engineering roles, including exposure to operations offshore Malaysia
- Be able to demonstrate a varied background in completions engineering, preferably to also include an understanding of horizontal and multi-lateral well technology, sand control and an understanding of completion metallurgy
- Have a demonstrable proficiency in English both in written and verbal forms
- Computer literate with knowledge of project control systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- An experienced Engineer with good communication skills and management capability
- Full appreciation of all technical and legislative requirements for completion operations
- A motivated self-starter, proactive, flexible and able to respond positively to challenge and ad-hoc requests
- Ability to contribute to the team, but can equally work on won initiative with minimum supervision
- Strives for continuous improvement; brings solutions and constantly seeks new and better ways to towkr
- Excellent motivational, personnel management and performance management skills in the widest sense
