Criteria:
- Min 10years experience in Hydraulic Fracturing engineering design and offshore Supervisor. Substantial supervisory experience in the field as well as in an office-based environment for planning and executing daily operations support
- In-depth knowledge of Fracpro, Ghofer and all hydraulic fracture models
- Must be experienced in various Hydraulic Fracturing operations
- Ability to communicate and work effectively within a multi-discipline team including drilling, land and production personnel
- Demonstrated knowledge of hydraulic fracturing operations and skills to execute the same; inc preparing and analyzing data and figures
- Exposure to sand control, perforation techniques would be desirable
- Exposure in Well Completions & Work Overs is an advantage
- Engineering graduate preferably in Mechanical/Petroleum/Chemical
- Should have good networking skills, innovative ideas
- Should have the ability to challenge and suggest changes
- HUET and Offshore Medical certification
- Valid IWCF certificate wellsite supervisor level is required
