Criteria:
- Must have experience in Drilling Management Services Project
- Responsible for all drilling activities during the project period i.e. 3 Offshore Wells and 2 Onshore Wells
- Responsible for drafting and progressing all the contracts through the Myanmar government bodies until the contracts are approved and executed
- Responsible for ensuring all possible investment import permits and drawback import permits are approved and ready for all eventualities during the drilling program, a 2-8 month process
