Criteria:-
- PMR with minimum 3years offshore working experience
- SPMV in technical/mechanical background with 2years offshore working experience
- Must have valid TBOSIET
- Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English
- Familiar with standard crane signals, wire rope limitations, types of sling and their color codes, shackles, eye bolts, various lifting tackles and rigging equipment
- Must undergo training on rigging and slinging
