Duration: 1year with extension option
Criteria:-
- Shall be medically fit
- Shall not be less than 18 and not more than 60 years of age
- Able to communicate, both written and oral, in English and Malay language
- Possess valid BOSIET Training for offshore travel
- Served a recognized trade apprenticeship and as a minimum possess NEBOSH
- Min 5years experience in the Offshore hydrocarbon industry, 3 years of which will have been a Safety Officer
- Fully conversant with all safety aspects associated with the individual trade skills
- Fully conversant with the principles of fire prevention hazardous area zoning and equipment
- Trained in incident investigation and able to conduct safety audits and risk assessment
