Function: To lead and manage the overall running of Miri training centre activities and operations
Criteria:-
- Min Degree in any field or equivalent certificate with min 10years related working experience
- Have proven experience in a managing a group of personnel
- Have experience in the Oil & Gas Industry is an advantage
- Possess a competency assessment and instructional techniques qualification is an advantage
- Possess good organizational and management skill
- Possess strong leadership qualities
- A team player with good interpersonal skill and good communication skill
- Resourceful, highly motivated and high level of integrity
