Criteria:-
- Engineering or Science degree from a recognized university
- Min 10years oil and gas drilling experience
- Min 5years offshore or onshore drilling engineering and supervision
- Extensive experience in Drilling Fluids Engineering
- Industry Training in drilling technology and HSE
- Demonstrate leadership and communication skills, technical maturity and flexibility to adjust to change
- Good data management and computer literacy
- Familiar with Myanmar oil and gas drilling operation will be advantageous
