Criteria:-
- Possess at least Class 1 Certificate of Competency or equivalent (Deck or Marine Engineer)
- Min 5years experienced in offshore oil and gas shore base management team and has done several accident investigation and several vessel safety inspection on offshore support boats/rigs/barges
