Criteria:-
- Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent
- Valid IWCF certificate:
- Onshore: IWCF Supervisor Level 4
- Offshore: IWCF combined Surface and Subsea Supervisor Level 4
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Valid HUET and Offshore Survival Certificate
- Adequate working experience:
- Onshore: 20years or more in O&G industry with at least 8years experience working with onshore drilling rig and 5years as Drilling Superintendent
- Offshore (Exploration): 20years or more in O&G Industry with at least 8years experience working with offshore floating drilling rig and 5years as Drilling Superintendent
- Offshore (Development): 20years or more in O&G Industry with at least 8years experience working with offshore drilling and 5years as Drilling Superintendent
- Preferable good track record with Company drilling operations
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Familiar and experienced with HSE Standards and Procedures and HSE Culture of major international operators
- Computer literate
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive reports and instructions
- Ability to communicate clear and comprehensive verbal reports and instructions
- Experienced and able to manage onshore and offshore personnel
- Familiar and experienced with offshore and onshore logistics
- Familiar and experienced with contracts and dealing with rig contractor and service companies
