Scaffolding Inspector

Position: Scaffolding Inspector

Duration: 1year with extension option
Criteria:-

• Expert in the career of safe scaffolding and rigging sling by starting from the step of planning through implementing
• Have CITB certification and CITB inspection certification or equivalent e.g. Falck/TPTI - Scaffolding Safety Inspection
• Knowledgeable in portable scaffolding materials identification, standard code, signal, OJT and certification
• Min 6years offshore and onshore scaffolding experience
• Self-leading, advice and deciding of scaffolding for crew team
• Competent in English communication skill (crane/radio operator talk)
• Understanding of portable scaffolding materials maintenance
• Preparing daily report and daily activities
• Have advance Scaffolding certification from recognized training institution e.g. Falck Nutec/TPTI or equivalent
• Meet international safety standard
• Experience in the type and complexity of scaffold inspecting and specific configuration of its inspection
• Knowledgeable in the inspection and maintenance of scaffolding materials and safety equipment e.g. full body harness with shock absorber lanyard etc
• Knowledge in the practical of required safety inspection for all types of scaffolding structures and general safety regulation
• Proper practice the sequence of the erection, alteration and dismantling of slung scaffolding
• Inspect scaffolding from the SCAFFTAG system

Rigger/Scaffolder

Criteria:-

• Min 2years offshore and onshore rigging or scaffolding experience
• Competent in the rigging and scaffolding and implementing
• Competent in rigging, scaffolding, handling, erecting, scaffolders, dismantling, maintenance of scaffolding material, heavy material transferring under the working environment of team leader supervision
• Knowledgeable in portable rigging equipment identification, usage, safety spec, signal
• Basic technical and safety text reading skill
• Understanding and apply the proper portable rigging and scaffolding or lifting
• Associate the work implement with pipe fitter and welder duties
• Meet international safety standard
• Material locating/housekeeping and handling prior to job completion
• Scaffolder shall have Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) certification
• Rigger shall have obtained the basic certification/rigging & slinging course certificate

• Competent to plan the work at floor level in conjunction with foreman and sub team including helper
• Competent in rigging, scaffolding basic technique
• High precision and dimension control of work between 300-500 DB, achieve the result as specified within engineering tolerance

Painting Foreman

• Knowledgeable in the painting technology, surface preparation as per SSPC, NACE specified in GS 13 requirement
• Truly understand painting material, storage and handling
• Able to plan, scheduling, and cost/material estimate for specific job
• Meet international safety standard
• Have basic certification/BGas-CSWIP or in-house paint vendor course certificate
• Individually certified by an approve organization
• Familiar with company painting specification including but not limited to ODP/I 029
• Familiar with blasting and painting standard such as ISO8501 to 3, ISO8503-1 to 4, ISO2409 and ISO4264 Pull Off Testing
