Criteria:-
- Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical or equivalent engineering discipline with min 10years industry experience in Construction/Installation Management of offshore facilities with minimum 7years and 3nos Deepwater project engineering or offshore execution
- Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical or equivalent engineering discipline with min 15years industry experience in Construction/Installation Management of offshore facilities with 10years and 5nos Deepwater proj4ect engineering or offshore execution
- Must be able to provide effective trainings and understand the type of work scope that CSR has to undertake
- Must know and understand the details of offshore campaign i.e. pipeline/structure, installation and etc and maintain direct reporting to the department
- Conversant in English and sound technical know-how subsea/deepwater structure installation and able to read codes, standards, specifications, drawings, instructions and all other related document
- Conversant in international codes and standards (API, ASME etc)
- He shall make interpretations carefully, impartially and above all consistently
- Must know and understand the company culture
- Must know and understand the company expectation
- Able to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment and has wide networking in deepwater industry
