Criteria:-
- Min 15years experience in drilling and completing and with associated experience in working on offshore rigs HPHT campaign.
- Well engineering skills commensurate with the challenges of this job and the expertise it requires to anticipate and to deal with drilling problems
- Willing to embark on an aggressive implementation of Wells performance Plans with milestones and targets that must be met
- Good relationship management with all key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Willing to work beyond the hour of duty if the activity so demands
- Fluent in written and oral English
