Criteria:-
- Higher education qualifications
- Valid IWCF Combined Surface & Surface Supervisor Level well controls certification or equivalent
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Valid HUET and Offshore Survival Certificate
- 20years experience at least 8years experience working with floating drilling and 10years in the current position
- Preferable good track record with drilling operations
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Familiar and experienced with HSE Standards and Procedures and HSE Culture of major international operators
- Computer literate
- Familiar and experienced with drilling reporting software
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive reports and instructions
- Ability to communicate clear and comprehensive verbal reports and instructions
- Familiar and experienced with offshore logistics
- Familiar and experienced managing rig contractor and service company personnel offshore
