Criteria:-
- Graduate engineer or equivalent
- 7years practical experience in the Drilling Industry
- 2years prior experience in the role
- Have prior experience in development drilling projects
- Hold valid IWCF well control certification (Surface BOP Supervisor Level)
- Have a valid BOSET Certificate
- Valid Medical Certificate or be medically fit to pass certification
- Self-motivated to accomplish world class results
- Have a sufficiently broad experience base to be able to exercise independent thought and decision making
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be computer literate
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
