Criteria:-
- Preferably a Degree from Marine Deck department
- Preferably an Ocean going master license
- Familiar with marine terminal operations and ability to develop and implement the operating procedures
- Ability to train jetty operators in basic marine practice
- Demonstrate experience with hazardous cargo handling, including line management roles
