Criteria:-
- University Degree in Engineering. Drilling, Production/Reservoir Engineering would be advantageous.
- Over 20years experience in drilling & well completion work with at least 10years working offshore.
- Expert in design & operational experience of well completion, sand control, downhole gauge, and slickline operations.
- Expert in coordinating, programming & running ESP's (at least 4years direct relevant experience).
- Expert in well test programming & the supervision of well testing.
- Proficient understanding of well control techniques.
- Proficient knowledge of drilling operations.
- Planning & leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
- General knowledge of in Legal/HSE/Finance.
- Sufficient understanding of offshore, subsurface operations.
- Good knowledge & understanding of other functional areas within LSJOC.
- Basic knowledge of domestic & international market.
- General understanding on PVN, PVEP & PCVL roles & organisation.
- Medical certification for offshore work.
1.Execution
- Implement approved designs & make suggestions on continuous improvement basis for open hole basement & clastic completions. Including, GLM, Swell packers, ESP, PDHG, Sand Screens. Prepare completion/work over, well testing & well intervention programmes. Manage inventory for the efficient fulfilment of related operations within budget & on time. Work closely with service providers to prepare all items & sub-assemblies applying strict quality control practices.
- Supervise contractors in the maintenance, storage, inspection & transportation & installation of all completion equipment. Maintain adequate stock of completion components to deliver wells according to approved work programmes.
- Supervise offshore work during completions, work over, well testing & well interventions.
- Control all related expenses, invoices within approved budget in order to achieve work program in term of technical & service aspect.
