- Technical qualification in Engineering i.e. Mechanical Drilling or Petroleum background
- 10years experience in a supervisory capacity in well testing operations in the Exploration and Appraisal fields
- Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Good working knowledge on personal capacity and MS Office programs
- Strong analytical and problem identification skills combined with the ability to recommend practical solutions
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in well construction design and operations
- Good working knowledge of casing design, cement design, drilling and well test fluid
