- BTech, HND or equivalent in Instrument Engineering
- 4years experience in O&G industry
- 5years hands-on experience in overhauling and repairing equipment
- 3years in workshop repair facilities
- Hands-on knowledge of the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment as used in the on and offshore petrochemical industry
- Good interpersonal and leadership qualities
- Good organizational abilities
- Possess commercial awareness with respect to work execution
- Good understanding of corporate and departmental goals with respect to all activities, assests, resources and processes
