Criteria:-
- 10years working experience in HSE in the O&G industry
- Trained in the concepts of an interdependent safety culture and how to effectively work with teams to develop this culture
- Experienced as a team leader in incident investigation
- Some knowledge of internationally recognized HSE standards
- Applicable HSE qualifications
- Proven facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Experienced in hazard identification, risk assessments and risk controls
- Experienced as a trainer in HSE topics such as fire-fighting, first aid, hazard identification, positive intervention
- Previous experience in developing training requirement, defining competencies and assessment of HSE Competencies
