Criteria:-
- BSc in Engineering
- 7yeras experience in drilling discipline, 2years in position or 5 years as drilling engineer for operator
- 5years experience for offshore floater drilling project
- 3years experience in offshore South East Asia
- Familiar with HSE, OA, crisis management, emergency response plan and incident investigation
- Valid IWCF or IADC combined surface and subsea well control certificate
- Familiar with MPD, ECD Management and drilling optimization process
- Operational experience with semi sub, drill ship, HPHT, severe lost circulation, geo-mechnaical hazardous shale
- Proficient in MS Office and Landmark Drilling Software
