Criteria:-
- Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent
- 5years of working experience in drilling contract administration work
- Established and been maintaining ITB and contract templates for project services and supply contracts particularly relating to drilling related services
- Has capability and experience of coordinating development and reviewing of scope of work, contract terms and related documents for drilling related services to meet deadlines in the statutory requirement of contracting process
- Has capability and experience to perform commercial evaluation of complex contract bid evaluation
