Criteria:-
- Degree BEng or equivalent qualified Mechanical Engineer
- Chartered Mechanical Engineer
- Lead or participate in the delivery of program, or M&I discipline themes within business improvement projects
- Gives discipline expert advice to customers on complex technical issues
- Customer engagement at asset and operations level, advising and coaching operations, engineering and technical teams and manager
- Principal Technical Expert in own skill
