Criteria:-
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications or relevant drilling experience
- Must possess solid leadership, teamwork, and project management skills and capabilities
- Possess a valid IADC/IWCF Supervisor Level well control certificate
- Possess OPITO BOSIET
- Proficient in English Language both spoken and written
- 4years experience in drilling, work over and completion operations and 1year in a supervisory role
- Experience working on a semi-submersible rig is an advantage
- Proven record of accomplishments and contributions
