Criteria:-
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications or relevant drilling experience
- Must possess solid leadership, teamwork and project management skills and capabilities
- Possess a valid IADC/IWCF Supervisor Level well control certificate
- Possess valid OPITO BOSIET
- Proficient in English language both written and spoken
- 15years of relevant drilling experience with 8years in a supervisory role
- 3years experience of working on a semi-submersible rig, semi-submersible tender assist rig or equivalent
- Proven record of accomplishments and contributions
