Duration: 2years with 1year extension option
Criteria:-
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications or relevant drilling experience
- Must have held senior offshore positions i.e. Crew Chief, Senior Toolpusher or Tourpusher
- Must possess solid leadership, teamwork, and project management skills and capabilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, complex spreadsheets, clear & concise documents and slide packs
- Knowledge of big bore gas well operations and Open Wells is a plus
- Possess an OPITO BOSIET
- Proficient in English Language both spoken and written
- 10years rig site experience with at least 1year experience as a Drilling Performance Coach
