Criteria:-
- Must hold a certificate of competence issued by an approved authority
- for the relevant cranes that are operated
- 2years experience with operating cranes on board Jack up rig
- 2years experience as a member of the deck or drill crew
- Nationality to be either Malaysian or Regional
