Criteria:-
- 15years Offshore Experience
- 10years in a Drilling Supervisors role
- 5years experience as a Senior Drilling Supervisor floating operations
- Proven record of Delivering Deepwater (>500m) wells
- Strong EHS leadership and behaviours
- IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent, offshore medical and BOSIET required
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills demonstrated by an ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
- To manage 3rd party contractors and onsite operations
- Must be a strong team player
- Good working knowledge of subsea completions, drilling with narrow PP/FG windows, gravel pack and smart completions
- Implement the drilling program and communicate progress with the shore based team
- Experience of leading and motivating a team, promoting a team approach to drilling operations
- Be responsible for incident reporting and investigation
- Degree in an appropriate discipline considered an advantage
- Must be able to coach and develop National Engineers an offshore environment
- Previous experience in the Egyptian Mediterranean in a JV considered an advantage
