Criteria:-
- Bachelor Degree in engineering
- 15years Drilling Engineering experience
- Competence with well engineering software packages e.g. StressCheck, DIMS, Wellplan, etc
- IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent, offshore medical and BOSIET required
- Proven track record as a strong team player and ability to lead a team
- Personal commitment and proactive approach to EHS
- Demonstrated competence in well design
- Knowledge of conducting assurance and review of drilling planning work
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven track record as a strong team player
- Good working knowledge of subsea completions, drilling with narrow PP/FG windows, gravel pack and smart completions
