Criteria:-
- 5years of experience in Petroleum, Upstream O&G works
- Developing basis of sound understanding of deepwater drilling operations
- HSEC management basics
- Experience in deepwater engineering and operations
- 2years or more onsite deepwater drilling experience
- Provide technical engineering support to Operations
- Provide drilling engineering input to develop drilling programs
- Perform studies and projects in support of well engineering and drilling operations
- Monitor well performance
- Research and propose performance improvement initiatives and monitor effectiveness
- Liaise with subcontractors
