Criteria:-
- Possesses HSE related certificates e.g. Nebosh certificate
- 10years EHS experience in onshore or offshore drilling operations
- Significant experience and training abilities with EHS related systems inlcuding PTW, Risk Assessment, HSE Auditing and Safety Observation processes
- Experienced in conducting and or leading an Incident Investigation
- Experience with auditing of safety management systems
- Strong EHS leadership skills with ability to work across muti-disciplinary teams
- Good working knowledge of offshore environment and Waste disposal practices
- Strong interpersonal skills that can lead and promote a good safety culture
- Ability to train and develop personnel in a EHS role
- IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent, offshore medical and BOSIET required
- Computer literate in packages such a Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- HSE Auditing experience would be an advantage
