Criteria:-
- 10years Offshore Experience with min 5years as a Night Drilling Supervisor on floating operations
- Proven record of Delivering Deepwater (>500m) Wells
- Strong EHS leadership and behaviours
- IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent, offshore medical and BOSIET required
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills demonstrated by an ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
- To managae 3rd party contractors and onsite operations
- Must be a strong team player
- Good working knowledge of subsea completions, drilling with narrow PP/FG windows, gravel pack and smart completions
- Degree in appropriate discipline considered an advantage
- Previous experience in the Egyptian Mediterranean in a JV considered an advantage
